22 vacancies are presently notified across HP Administrative Services, Block Development Officer, District Controller, District Treasury Officer and Tehsildar posts. Vacancies may be increased or decreased according to the official notification and rules.
What is the last date to apply for HPAS 2026?
22 September 2026 at 11:59 PM. The last date for fee payment is the same.
What is the educational qualification for HPAS 2026?
A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university, subject to the detailed eligibility conditions prescribed by HPPSC.
What is the general age limit for HPAS 2026?
21 to 35 years as on 1 January 2026, with applicable relaxations subject to HPPSC rules and category/post conditions.
What is the HPAS 2026 application fee?
₹600 according to the notification, payable online through the modes permitted by HPPSC.
Is CSAT qualifying in HPAS Prelims?
Yes. Paper II / Aptitude Test is qualifying with minimum qualifying marks of 33%.
Is there negative marking in HPAS Prelims?
Yes. One-third of the marks assigned to a question is deducted for an incorrect answer.
Do Prelims marks count in final HPAS merit?
No. Prelims serves as a screening stage. Final ranking is based on the Main Examination and Personality Test according to HPPSC rules.
