Section-I / खण्ड-1

Answer to Question No.1 to 15 should not exceed 60 words in each case. Contents of the answers are more important than their length. Each question carries 04 marks.

प्रश्न संख्या 1 से 15 तक के उत्तर प्रत्येक मामले में 60 शब्दों से अधिक नहीं होने चाहिए। उत्तरों की विषयवस्तु उनकी लंबाई से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न के 04 अंक हैं।

1. Explain the right to constitutional remedies given in the Indian Constitution.

    भारतीय संविधान में दिए गए सवैंधानिक उपचार के अधिकार का वर्णन कीजिए।

2. Describe about the Article related to the promotion of international peace and security given in the Constitution.

संविधान में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शांति एवं सुरक्षा के विकास हेतु दिए गए अनुच्छेद का वर्णन कीजिए।

3. Describe about major business pressure groups in India.

भारत के प्रमुख व्यापारिक दबाव समूहों का वर्णन कीजिए।

4. Describe the current status of Jammu & Kashmir after abolition of Article 370. 

अनुच्छेद 370 की समाप्ति के बाद जम्मू एवं कश्मीर की वर्तमान स्थिति का वर्णन कीजिए।

5. Discuss about India's role in Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).

भारत की 'शंघाई  सहयोग संगठन (एस. सी. ओ.) में भूमिका का वर्णन कीजिए।

हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की 'बेटी है अनमोल' स्कीम के बारे में आप क्या जानते हैं?

प्रश्न संख्या 16 से 25 के उत्तर प्रत्येक मामले में 120 शब्दों से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिये। उत्तर की विषयवस्तु शब्द सीमा से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न के 08 अंक हैं।

16. Describe how Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles are complementary to each other.

बताइएं मौलिक अधिकार तथा निर्देशक सिध्यान्त किस प्रकार से एक दूसरे में पूरक है?

17. Discuss about the emergency powers of Indian President. Can he become dictator? 

भारतीय राष्ट्रपति की आपातकालीन शक्तियों का वर्णन कीजिए । क्या वह तानाशाह बन सकता है?

हिमाचल प्रदेश में 74 वें संविधान संशोधन के क्रियान्वन के उपरांत शहरी निकायों द्वारा सामना की जाने वाली समस्याओं का वर्णन कीजिए।

25. What are the main provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Act, 2011?

हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा गारंटी अधिनियम, 2011 के मुख्य प्रावधान क्या हैं?

प्रश्न संख्या 26 से 28 तक के उत्तर प्रत्येक मामले में 400 शब्दों से अधिक नहीं होने चाहिए। उत्तरों की विषयवस्तु उनकी लंबाई से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न के 20 अंक हैं।

26. In the post Globlization era, economic centralization and political de-centralization have created paradox in the working of Indian polity. Comment.

उतर भूमण्डलीकरण युग में, आर्थिक केन्द्रीकरण तथा राजनीतिक विकेन्द्रीकरण ने भारतीय राजनीति में विरोधाभास की स्थिति उत्पन्न कर दी है। टिप्पणी कीजिए। 

27. Examine India's role in changing world order.

बदलती हुई विश्व व्यवस्था में भारत की भूमिका का वर्णन कीजिए।

28. Development role of the Deputy Commissioner became a focal point of study after the initiation of development planning in India. Explain.

भारत में उपायुक्त की विकास भूमिका, विकास नियोजन के प्रारंभ के उपरांत अध्ययन का केंद्र-बिन्दु बन गई है। व्याख्या कीजिए।
