Private lender Federal Bank said that it has received the approval from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to permit ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company
(ICICI AMC) to acquire an aggregate holding of up to
9.95 percent of stake in the bank. RBI accorded the approval subject to conditions, Federal Bank said in a regulatory filing.
