On September 18, 2022, Union Tourism and Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy has announced a special tourist train to cover the "Ambedkar Circuit" at the three-day conference of State Tourism Ministers in Dharamsala.
In June, a special train was run on the Ramayana Circuit, which covered prominent places associated with the life of Lord Ram, including Ayodhya and Janakpur in Nepal.
Like Ramayana and Buddhist circuit, special train will also be run on Ambedkar circuit.
It will give a boost to the tourism circuit. For this 3,000 special railway coaches have been reserved.
