Reliance Jio has teamed with Plume to provide services to around 200 million Indian households.
Jio will deliver services such as whole-home adaptive WiFi, device performance optimization, cyber threat protection, and parental controls using Plume's cloud platform.
The collaboration will also enable Jio to improve its customer service and operations by utilizing Plume's support and operations package.
Plume's partnership with Jio signals the company's entry into the Asian market, allowing Jio to swiftly expand its service offerings.
