K Krithivasan has been appointed as the new CEO designate at Tata Consultancy Services.
He will take over from Rajesh Gopinathan who has stepped down as CEO and Managing Director.
Kirthivasan has been working with the company for over 34 years. In his long career, he has handled many important responsibilities.
Especially in the BFSI segment of TCS, he has played a very important role.
Gopinathan was associated with TCS for over 20 years, while holding the post of CEO since 2013. Gopinathan will continue in his post till 15 September.
