- An annual show, Air Fest 2022 showcasing maneuvers of planes & helicopters in the arsenal of the Indian Air Force(IAF) is organised at Head Quarters Maintenance Command, Vayusena Nagar in Nagpur.
- The objective of the Air Fest is to showcase various aspects of the Indian Air Force and to inspire the youth of Nagpur to choose the Indian Air Force for an exciting career.
- The air fest began with fourteen NCC Air Wing cadets who displayed their skills in aero modeling by flying both remote control and control line models in front of the spectators.
- The remote control aircraft performed an aerobatic display that included a loop, roll and figure eight, while the control line model performed an inverted flight, loop and vertical figure eight.
